The beef only comes from Angus cattle and only 1 of every 5 cows will pass the precise standards required for the CAB brand. These specifications are certified by the USDA and surpass 85% of all beef sold and served.
Every pound of CAB produced is tracked from USDA approval until it is sold to consumers.
