The Experience

Welcome to Augustino’s Italian Eatery & Prime Steaks!
We have developed, evolved and refined the restaurant over the past 5 years. Open for breakfast, lunch and dinner every day of the year; our aim is to serve the metropolitan Augusta community as well as hotel guests. We designed the restaurant to be comfortable and approachable for everyday dinning yet still a unique experience.

The menu focuses on hearty, simple fare, created with fresh ingredients inspired by the food of Northern Italy. We also serve Certified Angus Beef; simply put some of the finest steaks that you can find. The menu changes several times throughout the year; designed to match peoples eating habits, to provide healthy options, and take advantage of fresh seasonal foods.

The staff is well educated and friendly. Service levels could be characterized as comfortable, whatever your mood.

The atmosphere is upscale, with booths, tables and private dinning options for groups up to 30. The rich wood, modern accents and earth tones provide the perfect backdrop for a celebration, a business lunch or family meal.
